Additional family members proceeding with full orthodontic treatment qualify for a fee reduction. We accept: cash, cheque, Interac, Visa and Mastercard for your convenience.

If you have orthodontic insurance we will be pleased to complete the necessary forms for reimbursement to you from your insurance company.

Financial arrangements are between the patient/parent and our office.

We will be happy to review the financial aspects of your care. Although fees vary based on individual treatment requirements, we offer payment options plus remittance of your treatment plan to your insurance company if you have orthodontic coverage. The Society of Orthodontists does not condone the direct billing of insurance companies by the practitioner. It is your responsibility to submit payment receipts to your insurance company and be reimbursed by them.

It is important for you to know the orthodontic coverage of your dental insurance. There is usually a percentage and limit (per person/lifetime) for reimbursement.
